2. User Responsibilities

As a user of TurfSeeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making bookings
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Platform
• Respect the rights and property of venue owners and other users
• Arrive on time for your bookings and adhere to venue rules

3. Booking and Payment Terms

When you make a booking through TurfSeeker:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue
• Prices displayed are accurate at the time of booking but may be subject to change
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email and through your account dashboard
• Additional fees or deposits may be required by individual venues

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both users and venue owners:

• More than 24 hours before booking: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• 12-24 hours before booking: 50% refund of the booking amount
• Less than 12 hours before booking: No refund available
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Individual venues may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated
• Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Venue Owner Responsibilities

If you are a venue owner using TurfSeeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your venue, including facilities, pricing, and availability
• Maintain your venue in good condition and ensure it meets safety standards
• Honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform
• Communicate any changes or issues to users promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

TurfSeeker acts as a platform connecting users with venue owners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of venues listed on our Platform. Users book venues at their own risk. TurfSeeker is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your use of a venue. We recommend users verify venue details and obtain appropriate insurance coverage for sports activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TurfSeeker Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TurfSeeker or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of TurfSeeker, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TurfSeeker is registered. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against TurfSeeker.

9. Changes to Terms

TurfSeeker reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
